Ottimo tutto, abbiamo preso un antipasto di affettati e formaggi ed il prosciutto era fantastico. Poi i primi piatti eccezionali consiglio fettuccine al tartufo dove il tartufo è quello vero e non le salse. Buonissimi anche gli altri primi piatti che ho assaggiato dai miei amici. Frittata col tartufo e pasticcio di patate superlativi. Non l'ho assaggiata ma ho visto che hanno una bella selezione di carni frollate. Prezzi ottimi

Se avete voglia di mangiare la migliore carne dell'Italia centrale.... Se avete voglia di essere stupiti da uno delle migliori amatriciane d'Italia.... Se avete voglia di essere e coccolati da persone meravigliose e accoglienti, il cui sorriso e cortesia sono il valore aggiunto di tutto.... Ecco, venite alla Genziana. Sono pronto al confronto con chiunque. Provate a smentirmi.

Siamo stati il 14 Agosto in questo ristorante, gruppo di 9 persone comprensivo di due allergici (uno glutine e l’altro latte e pomodoro). Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cura nel servizio e l’attenzione alle problematiche alimentari. Il cibo ottimo e la preparazione sui vini del Sig. Alberto ci ha fatto scoprire delle bottiglie molto interessanti. Servizio preciso e cortese e pulizia degli ambienti perfetta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Un ristorante molto buono dove si gustano prodotti tipici locali. Buionissimo il pasticcio di parate con tartufo e caciotta a fusa e il brasati di maiale con vinsanto e albicocche.come dolce abbiamo preso le ciambelline locali. Un’esperienza da vivere!

Ottima esperienza, ma non ne dubitavo. Antipasto curato e abbondante con prodotti di qualità. Gnocchi con tartufo, molto buoni E uovo strapazzato con tartufo che a mio parere vale il viaggio da Roma. Da segnalare anche le patate al forno molto gustose. Siamo di zona e conosciamo bene la ristorazione del luogo, e qui si mangia e si è accolti ad un altro livello, non da trattoria Carta dei vini ben fornita con prezzi onesti. Torneremo, per la carne che va di certo assaggiata Grazie
